To access case information, please click on the link below the paragraph. Please select Jon M. Waage from the list of Trustee's and single click on Mr. Waage's name. Upon entering the website a creditor may access the case information by entering the debtor's case number (e.g. 824-12345) in the dialog box labeled "User ID" and then entering the last four digits of the primary petitioner's social security number in the dialog box labeled "password". If the creditor is using this site more frequently they may wish to fill out the INTERNET ACCESS AGREEMENT and receive a user ID and password to look up multiple cases without the necessity of entering the last four digits of the Debtor's social security number.
